Faithful Captain may use restrained advertising without placing it over Scripture or turning spiritual activity into a transaction.
Scripture stays clear
Advertising is kept separate from Bible text and core study activity. Scripture reading is not conditioned on viewing an ad.
Rewarded advertising is optional
When a rewarded ad is available, the app explains the specific in-app reward before the user chooses whether to proceed. A user may decline without losing core Bible study features. No advertiser click, purchase, download, or installation is required.
Mission giving is Faithful Captain's action
For a Featured Mission campaign, Faithful Captain allocates 50% of finalized eligible publisher revenue attributed to that campaign for donation to the featured mission organization.
“Finalized eligible publisher revenue” means campaign-attributed advertising revenue confirmed, credited, or paid to Faithful Captain after invalid-traffic deductions, reversals, refunds, provider adjustments, and similar corrections.
Creator compensation is not a donation
For a Featured Creator campaign, Faithful Captain may compensate a participating creator under a separate agreement. That compensation is payment for licensed content, participation, promotion, or related services and is not a charitable donation.
Watching an ad is not a charitable contribution
A user's decision to view an ad is not itself a donation, does not create a charitable receipt, and is not represented as tax-deductible. Faithful Captain—not the user—makes any later donation described here.
Direct donations remain external
When Faithful Captain links to a mission organization's donation page, any direct gift is made between the donor and that organization under its own terms and privacy practices.
No live dollar estimate
Advertising revenue varies and may be adjusted after initial reporting. Faithful Captain does not promise that a particular ad view equals a fixed dollar amount and does not display a live donation meter based on preliminary estimates.
Private spiritual activity stays private
Faithful Captain does not use or transmit the contents of private notes, prayers, reflections, search terms, quiz answers, or detailed Bible-reading activity to advertising providers, campaign partners, or third-party analytics systems for advertising or campaign reporting.
Advertising providers may process limited device, network, diagnostic, and advertising-interaction information as described in the Privacy Policy and subject to applicable privacy choices.
Advertising privacy and tracking choices
Choosing to view a rewarded advertisement is separate from consenting to personalized advertising or tracking.
Where required by applicable law, Faithful Captain provides advertising privacy choices through approved consent mechanisms.
On Apple devices, any tracking that requires authorization under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework is subject to Apple's system permission process.
Declining personalized advertising or selecting Ask App Not to Track does not limit normal Bible-study features and does not change the disclosed in-app reward available after completing an otherwise available rewarded advertisement.
The advertisements available to a user may differ depending on region, privacy choices, device settings, advertising-provider requirements, and available inventory.
