By using Faithful Captain, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Purpose
Faithful Captain provides Bible study, educational, devotional, and related content. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health, pastoral, or other professional advice.
Device data
The initial release may not require an account. Certain progress and app state may be stored only on your device and may not be recoverable after reinstalling, clearing data, or changing devices.
Optional ads and rewards
Faithful Captain may offer an optional rewarded ad in exchange for a clearly described in-app reward. Rewards are digital, nontransferable, have no cash value, and may be subject to availability or technical limitations. No advertiser click, purchase, download, or installation is required.
Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the app's operation or security.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Do not automate or manipulate advertising, rewards, traffic, or metrics.
- Do not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or violate another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The Faithful Captain name, branding, design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Faithful Captain LLC. Bible translations and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Third-party services
The service may rely on app stores, advertising providers, websites, or other third parties. Faithful Captain does not control every third-party service or its independent policies.
Availability
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent access to any campaign, card, insight, or reward.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Faithful Captain LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
